  • Email notification subscription data: Until you unsubscribe plus 12 months
  • Server log data: 90 days on a rolling basis
  • Analytics data: 26 months (governed by Google Analytics 4 retention settings)

When data is no longer required, we delete or permanently de-identify it.

7. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects data about your activity on our site using cookies. The data collected includes pages visited, session duration, device type, geographic region and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Google Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (European Economic Area) and Google LLC (USA).
